  Terrible service!! They barely answer the phone but not only that, they will keep you on hold for up to 25 minutes sometimes and then speak very rudely to you, offering no apology to the massive wait. They never seem to apologise when they make mistakes.
  I've also previously had experiences here where I have had an appointment booked, checked in, waited with my sick baby for almost 2 hours to find out the receptionist accidentally cancelled my appointment instead of letting the doctors know I was here. I did not deserve the shame of all the people in the doctors office staring at me while I try to stop my baby from crying as she was very tired after waiting so long due to extreme staff negligence. I've also had an appointment here where I waited for almost another 2 hours with my baby to find out THE SAME STAFF MEMBER had cancelled my appointment AGAIN due to me saying "Yeah my masks in the car, I'll go grab it right now".
  Now to top it off, I have been informed the poor precious doctors there can't deal with a patient if they have sniffles because according to the receptionists "Almost every doctor has a health complication were they can't see anyone with so much as a sniffle" If they are that sick, they should not even be outside their homes. It is a doctor's duty to see sick patients, they should take a MASSIVE paycut at Riverway medical if they can't do over half of what their job requires them to do.
  Riverway medical, you are partly the reason why the hospital is so full right now. Hope you guys are really proud of yourselves. Yould rate a zero if I could. Does not even deserve 1 star!

  I have been going to this practice for last 5 years and never disappointed. Reception always maintains its standard to give top priority to patients. Doctors are excellent to the core. Practice always gives special consideration to hygiene of the patients and its staff. Its always very clean and follows all codal formalities. Its highly recommended.

  My dad visited from the UK and ran out of medication. Easy to make an appointment online. Dr Johnson was really nice, friendly and efficient. No complaints at all

  First off the reception staff were great i was seen to quickly filled out the paperwork and waited too see the doctor. The doctor had no interest in me she seemed annoyed i was there she was not even going to exam me until i pushed her she really did not want to come near me she told me my infection was no reason to call in sick just fix it with panadol.
  She seemed uncaring no sympathy and seemed really annoyed i had an appointment with her woulnt give me anything to help me.
  Was the worse doctor iv seen and really felt i wasted my time even going there will never return. Doctors are suppose to care for people and help them i was so disgusted i would have only given 1 star but the reception ladies were great.

  So over this place. Today was the final straw.
  This is like the third time I have called about walk in appointments in the morning, to be told it's about a 2 hour wait and come in after 1 when there will be more doctors on.
  I then proceed to turn up at 1pm as told by receptionist only to be told they have stopped walk ins for the day.
  It's like they enjoy wasting their customers time when they are in need of medical care.
